Intelligent Manufacturing Center
The Intelligent Manufacturing Center has about 200 employees, including more than 50 R&D personnel engaged in the development and production of software and hardware for industrial equipment and building intercom systems. Among them, there are more than 30 software developers and more than 20 hardware, structural and testing engineers, providing comprehensive circuit product manufacturing capabilities and advanced after-sales service. The workshop and office area is about 4,000 square meters. With more than 40 fully automatic SMT machines and more than 10 supporting assembly production lines, the daily placement capacity reaches 10 million points. In addition to producing communication security intercom system products, it also undertakes the production of the company's LED light strips and FPC processing. It can provide customers with comprehensive product design, technical services, component distribution and agency services, and undertakes external SMT assembly processing orders.
Security Manufacturing Center
The Security Manufacturing Center has about 700 employees, with a workshop and office area of more than 10,000 square meters. It is equipped with nearly 25 backlight assembly lines, 10 fully automatic polarizer lamination lines, more than 10 FOG bonding lines, more than 10 film cutting machines and 20 fully automatic glass cutting machines. The center produces 2.0–12.0 inch LCD screens, mainly used in security and industrial control, building intercom, smart fire protection, access control barriers, industrial automation equipment and overseas markets, with a monthly capacity of over 2 million pieces.
Digital Manufacturing Center
The Digital Manufacturing Center has about 800 employees, with a workshop and office area of about 25,000 square meters. It is equipped with nearly 25 backlight assembly lines, 25 fully automatic polarizer lamination lines and 20 FOG bonding production lines. It mainly produces 7–15.6 inch LCD screens for digital consumer and notebook markets, with a monthly capacity of 1.5 million pieces.
Touch Manufacturing Center
The Touch Manufacturing Center has about 400 employees, with a workshop and office area of about 15,000 square meters. It consists of cover glass, touch panel (TP) and module assembly, with complete supporting equipment. It has more than 20 fully automatic CNC engraving machines, more than 20 automatic printing machines, more than 10 fully automatic laser machines, as well as full lamination, de-bubbling, hot pressing and related equipment, with a monthly capacity of 1 million pieces.

The Components Manufacturing Center has about 300 employees, with a workshop and office area of about 7,000 square meters. It consists of metal stamping, injection molding, die-cutting and glass-cutting departments, and shoulders the important production links of mold R&D, design, production and processing. The metal department has more than 15 sets of fully automatic stamping equipment; the injection molding department has more than 20 imported light guide plate injection machines; the die-cutting department has more than 40 sets of film cutting equipment; and the glass-cutting department has more than 30 fully automatic glass cutting machines. It can support a monthly output of 4 million touch screens and LCD screens. While meeting internal supporting production needs, it can also undertake external orders.
